Winner Winner Chicken Dinner...and Gifted Gorgeousness :)

Hey everyone welcome to GG and the winner of the giveaway!  And the winner is...drumroll please...

Katie!  Lol you won again my number generator must like you!  Email me which chart you'd like :). Thanks everyone for playing!

As for GG I'm still plugging away on Paradise.  Last time I had one page done in the new section and about 3/4 of another:

And now I'm almost done with the bottom page:

Sorry it's a little fuzzy I took several and none of them turned out.  The dark green gave me nightmares lol I kept getting knots and it took forever!  It's hard to see but the right has more done but I'm finally getting into some blues so they're harder to distinguish from the fabric.

On the home front were still waiting to hear back about hubby's job and doing some house/apartment hunting.  It's also giving me nightmares.  It's so crowded here that it's pretty much impossible finding a place.  Everything is getting snatched up hours after being posted.  And hubby is driving me nuts by being picky which means we're probably going to have to find just an ok place at the last second just like in every other move.  Which drives me nuts lol.  I may have to find a place on my own and just tell him when we're moving.

Thanks for stopping by!  I'll post again probably tomorrow when I finish the page :). Off to do more stitching!

  3. Try using some Thread Heaven with your trouble threads. It smooths out the thread and keeps it from knotting. I've been using it on my new project by Tilton Crafts and I like it a lot.

  6. You're going to be done with that in no time!

I can't imagine moving so often (it would take me a lifetime to pack up all my Disney stuff), but then again, living where you do, it must be amazing to get to experience so much!

  8. Congratulations to Katie.
Thanks for taking part in GG this month, don't forget to link up in the February post too.
You will laugh at me when I saw the date on your piece - I thought "why is she worrying about finishing this, she's got four years if they aren't getting married until 10/9/20. Then I realised it's probably 2015...
